THE BRIEF

To assess EMEA employees through a series of items about their qualifications, aptitudes and competencies, involving employees, managers and manager's managers, and finally calibrate by a Development Committee together with Human Resources the employees' position within a scale of performance and learning ability.

THE CHALLENGE

To create a dynamic web tool where all participants in the programme can leave their information and comments and generate the appropriate reports and workflows to have a full overview of the employees within company.

THE RESULTS

The implementation of a helpful tool that shows real time results, managing company talent from different views and perspectives. Top Management, Managers and Human Resources have a global view of employees at a glance.
